Terms of Service

By accessing or using BackBet's crypto cashback services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are not available to residents of, or persons located in, the United States of America, nor to any person in a jurisdiction where use of the Services or of the partner exchanges is prohibited or restricted by law. You represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. person and are not located in a restricted jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. BackBet may restrict or terminate access where it believes these Terms are being violated.

BackBet is an independent affiliate of third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. BackBet does not operate an exchange, does not custody user funds, does not execute trades, and does not provide trading, investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Cashback is a discretionary rebate of a portion of affiliate commission that partner exchanges pay to BackBet based on trading fees generated by your linked account.

You must register a BackBet account and link a valid exchange UID to participate. You are responsible for the accuracy of the UID you provide and for maintaining the security of your BackBet account. One BackBet account per user; multiple or fraudulent accounts may be suspended and accrued cashback forfeited.

Cashback is calculated as a share of commission actually received by BackBet from the relevant exchange, attributable to your linked account. BackBet does not guarantee any specific cashback amount. Commission rates, attribution, and exclusions are set by the exchanges and may change without notice. If an exchange reverses, claws back, or withholds commission, the corresponding cashback may be adjusted or withheld. Cashback is paid in USDT (Solana) to your BackBet wallet, subject to a minimum withdrawal of 5 USDT.

The Services depend on third-party exchanges and their affiliate programs. BackBet has no control over exchange policies, commission rates, account approvals, or program continuation. BackBet is not liable for any exchange's actions, downtime, account closures, or refusal to pay commission.

You may not: use the Services from a restricted jurisdiction; provide false information; operate multiple accounts; engage in wash trading, self-dealing, or any activity intended to artificially generate commission; or use the Services for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in suspension and forfeiture of cashback.

You agree not to use the Services to launder funds or to facilitate any activity prohibited by applicable anti-money-laundering, sanctions, or counter-terrorism-financing laws. BackBet may withhold payment, request information, or terminate accounts to comply with legal obligations.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from cashback you receive. BackBet does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Trading cryptocurrency carries significant risk; BackBet makes no representation regarding any exchange or any trading outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost commission, lost cashback, or losses arising from your use of any exchange.

BackBet may modify these Terms or discontinue the Services at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. BackBet may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion.
