1. What cashback is

BackBet earns affiliate commission from the sportsbooks listed on this site. For users who register through a BackBet tracked link (sub_id), BackBet pays a portion of the net commission it actually receives back to the user as “cashback.” Cashback is paid by BackBet from BackBet's own funds. It is not a payment from the sportsbook, and it is not a gambling reward, bonus, or guarantee of winnings.

2. How it is calculated

Cashback is calculated on the net revenue (NGR) your betting activity generates for the sportsbook, multiplied by the commission rate BackBet receives for that sportsbook, multiplied by your share. Illustrative example only:

NGR $1,000 × commission [[30]]% × your share [[60]]% = $[[180]] cashback.

Rates differ per sportsbook and may change. The rate shown in your dashboard at the time of accrual applies.

3. Negative carryover

Both BetOnline.ag (Commission Kings) and Bet105.ag operate negative carryover: in any month where referred players win more than they lose, BackBet's commission for that sportsbook can be negative, and that negative balance carries forward to the following month(s) before BackBet earns again.

Because cashback is funded only from commission BackBet actually receives:

• Cashback accrues but is only payable once BackBet's commission balance for that sportsbook is positive and the negative carryover has been cleared.
• BackBet does not pay cashback on activity for which it received no (or negative) commission.
• A user's cashback can never be negative — you will never owe BackBet money — but payout of accrued cashback may be deferred until the carryover clears.

4. Payout schedule & threshold

• Cashback is paid monthly, in arrears, after the sportsbook settles BackBet's commission for that period.
• Minimum payout: $[[20]] equivalent. Below the minimum, balance rolls to next month.
• Paid in [[USDT (network: ...)]] to the wallet on your verified account.
• Network/transaction fees [[may be / are not]] deducted from the payout — [[chốt]].
• Sportsbook settlement timing affects BackBet's payout timing; delays at the sportsbook delay your cashback.

5. Eligibility & registration

• You must register through a BackBet tracked link and complete sportsbook signup so the sub_id is recorded. If tracking is lost (cookie cleared before redirect, no sub_id received, etc.), cashback cannot be credited.
• 18+ (or legal age in your jurisdiction), not resident in a restricted jurisdiction (see Restricted Countries).
• One account per person. No self-referral.

6. When cashback is not paid / can be reversed

BackBet may withhold, reduce, or reverse accrued cashback where:

• the sportsbook reverses, claws back, voids, or does not pay BackBet the underlying commission (e.g. chargebacks, bonus abuse, fraud, account closure);
• the activity is later deemed by the sportsbook to be fraudulent, bonus-abusing, or in breach of its T&Cs;
• the user breaches these Terms or operates multiple/linked accounts;
• the sportsbook account was not opened via a valid BackBet sub_id.

Cashback already paid out in good faith that is later clawed back by the sportsbook may be offset against future cashback.

7. No guarantee / changes

Cashback rates, the list of participating sportsbooks, and these Terms may change at any time. BackBet does not guarantee any minimum cashback amount. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Relationship & disclaimers

BackBet is an independent affiliate. BackBet does not operate gambling, does not accept or custody betting deposits, and is not responsible for sportsbook payouts, account decisions, odds, or disputes between you and a sportsbook. Gambling disputes are between you and the sportsbook.

9. Tax
